About Caroline

I grew up in Atlanta, GA. From an early age I was drawn to all things nature. Ultimately I decided to pursue a career in science to further my knowledge of natural history.

When I’m not doing science I’m spending time with my family! My husband is my biggest supporter, and our two kids are our biggest joy. We live in Alexandria, VA, and are members of a wonderful local church where I also love to share my passion for nature, especially birds!
